All U10+ (Grade3/4 and higher) Players will wear travel uniforms.

NOTE: All U10+ (Grade3/4 and higher) Players MUST wear the SYS Navy Blue Adidas Travel Uniforms. These uniforms should be purchased in Sports Manager during the registration process. Once purchased, these uniforms can be worn for multiple seasons.

All U8 (Grade 2) and younger players will be provided with an in-town uniform as part of their registration.

When you register for the Fall season, you will see two very important changes to registration for players ages U10 (Grade 3/4) and older. First, the cost of your U10 (Grade 3/4) and older player’s registration will be lower than last season. Second, you will now be required to purchase your player’s SYS uniform, but ONLY as needed.  All U10 (Grade 3/4)  and older players will wear the same blue SYS uniform that we have used for the past few years.

Uniform costs have increased. Rather than increasing registration costs we have decreased the registration fee and will now charge for uniforms.  At registration, parents will be given the option to order the parts of the uniform that they need, and only when they are needed.  You do not need to purchase a new uniform every season. Previously, uniforms were distributed to players every year, whether a new one was needed or not.  This led to waste and a whole lot of extra and unnecessary uniforms in Shrewsbury closets!

These changes went into effect during the Fall 2014 soccer season.  Mini soccer registration fees and uniform policies remain unchanged.  At this time, all players will continue to receive SYS socks each season.
